    Our staff are trained to and certified by IPAF, where we can arrange a full site survey free of charge to ensure we can get the right piece of equipment to complete the job, especially for areas which are awkward to access or sensitive areas such as tiles or fragile paving where specialist machines could be used such as track mounts or spiders for internal or external areas which can also be fitted with non-marking tyres.

    We can also provide battery operated machinery rather than conventional diesel which will enable us to provide a quiet operation where or when required. In some cases, for internal or external we may use a scissor lift which would enable us to reach areas which would require a more detailed clean.

Gutter, Fascia and Cladding Cleaning

In today’s climate where costs are rising it has become more important that maintenance regimes are of paramount importance, for this very reason we are increasingly receiving increasing number of enquiries and orders for gutter maintenance and cleaning of fascia’s.

Gutter maintenance cannot be underestimated, the need to ensure they remain in full working order and able to drain away water is vital. the consequences of poorly maintained gutters can lead to leaking roofs resulting in higher repair costs and increased damage.

OTS can provide maintenance to old style properties to new style modern builds, office blocks, hospital, school or hotel, the need for gutter clearance and cleaning applies to all and OTS are best placed to help.

Our clients often request cleaning of their gutter systems on an annual basis, which OTS use two methods for ensuring gutters are maintained to flow freely and provide the job their detailed for.

Extended Pole


The first option involves the use of extended poles and a power suction tool to suck out gutters from the ground floor - much in the same way the water fed pole works.

Whilst this is a safer and relatively cost-effective option there is no guarantee of success.

There are further complications from this method on confirming the clearance of twigs, moss or even plants that may have grown from the gutter systems.

Inspection Via Use Of Access Plant

The only real way to effectively check the gutters and inspect a guttering system, is to involve the use of access plant equipment to the desired height required.
